Our commitment begins well before the first technician sets foot on site with our JSA program, site inductions and regular toolbox meetings. Edge has based its Health and Safety Management System on AS 4801:2001 and has a strong commitment to Health and Safety. This has been reinforced through a structured program which includes:

• Training in new work practices and procedures;

It is imperative to Edge that we provide the highest quality of service, products and installations in all aspects of our business whilst meeting or exceeding all quality requirements relating to specification, standards and guidelines. We are proud to offer certification and warranties on installed products and works (contract dependant). Edge continually improves the quality of all services and works through the use of our Integrated Management System (IMS). Staff are constantly undertaking training in the use of new products, systems and equipment and all quality information is available to staff. Edge follows ISO and AS / NZS compliant standards in achieving industry recognised quality levels relating to our operations and work.
Health and Safety
Edge has recently revised its safety management practices to align with current AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management systems. The Edge Management team have extensive experience in the Mining, Defence and Petroleum industries and bring relevant compliance and safety management practices in these areas.
Safety System & Safety Records
Structured internal quality audits are performed to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement to our systems and procedures. A specific quality plan is developed for each of our projects and covers all aspects of administration and management, work methods, document control, inspection and test and compliance check sheets. Our Quality System is subject to frequent review and all users are able to electronically submit change proposals to the System Manager who distributes such requests to other users for review/comment/approval prior to any subsequent implementation. Edge prides itself on delivery of quality projects as evidenced by the recognition through numerous customer testimonials. The policies and procedures that encompass Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance is available to all employees via their desktop and note-book computers.
